The Human Resources Department has an important role to play in the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. Its principal functions include the compilation and implementation of policies, administrative procedures relating to employees, classification of positions within departments; specialist study and research, and the provision of professional consulting services in related fields both within the Fund itself and, externally, in collaboration with similar financial institutions.
 
 
The department is structured as follows;
 
 
i.  Regulations and Job Classification Policies Unit
 
- dealing with all matters relating to staff positions within departments, subordinate divisions and sections and the regulations governing them as formulated in SIDF policy
 
ii.  Personnel Division
 
- responsible for all management and personnel – related issues in the contexts of administration and finance. Suitably-qualified specialist staff in the various divisions dealing with these issues.
 
iii.  Training and Career Development Division
 
- responsible for training and career development of SIDF employees within the Kingdom and abroad.
 
Both divisions operate fully in accordance with SIDF policies on staff training and further education.
