Important Note : These sectors are closed for projects which target the local
market. However, new applications from these sectors can be accepted if they
target export markets. In addition, loan applications concerning
modernization of Mach. & Equip. may be accepted under certain circumstances
if they do not result in additional capacities.In addition, a number of other
industries have restrictions on financing. For this reason the Fund strongly
encourages potential investors to discuss their proposals with SIDF staff at an
early date.
