HH Prince Sultan Bin Khalid Al Saud is the CEO of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. Prior to that HH was Deputy CEO of the fund, and Vice President of Credit.

Prince Sultan is also a member in a number of boards and committees including the board of directors of the SME Authority, where he chairs the board governance, risk and compliance committee.

Prince Sultan started his career at Saudi Aramco and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University

Eng. Bader Alsamdan, Vice President for Corporate Services, supervises five departments: Finance, IT, Technology Service Delivery, and Services and Facilities.

Alsamdan joined SIDF in the second half of 2021 as an Advisor to the CEO, then he was assigned as a Vice President for Corporate Services. He joined SIDF after 18 years of service at Saudi Aramco. He held leadership roles in several functions, starting in the engineering field, then transitioning to business development and corporate finance.

As the head of five departments, Alsamdan oversees SIDF's operational work with the aim of developing and improving business models of corporate services inspired by the transformation of the industrial ecosystem and that of the Kingdom at large.

Alsamdan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in Tennessee, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Eng. Mohanad Abdulrahman Alnuaim is the Vice President of Credit in the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. He supervises the Fund’s lending activities, and he is a member of several committees of SIDF including Executive Committee, Risk Management Committee, Management Credit Committee and Business Process Improvement Committee.

Eng. Mohanad Alnuaim started as an electrical engineer in a security systems company before switching his career path to the financial sector. He joined the Credit Department at SIDF and later became a team leader overseeing the petrochemicals sector. After that, he worked in Bahri (The National Shipping Company) as a Treasury Director and was part of the team that led the largest merger and acquisition among the companies listed in the Kingdom. He also led the company’s first public debt issuance.

In 2018, Eng. Alnuaim rejoined SIDF as the Director of Credit Relationships and CEO advisor.

Eng. Alnuaim efforts contributed to developing credit operations, providing support packages to the industrial sector to face the repercussions COVID-19 pandemic, as well as improving customer experience.

Eng. Alnuaim holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University and MBA from London Business School.

Khalil Al-Nammari is the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development since August 2023. He supervises 3 departments: Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Communication. Moreover, he is the Official Spokesperson of SIDF and a member of SIDF’s Executive Committee.

Since October 2021, Khalil was the Director of Communication Department and the official Spokesperson of SIDF. Also, he was the Director of SIDF’s Strategic Planning Department from 2019 until 2021 and the Secretary to SIDF’s Executive Committee.

Khalil Al-Nammari graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. In 2013, he earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. In 2019, Khalil graduated from Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Program (SEP). Finally, In 2022, He joined the 2030 Leaders Program of Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk”.

In 2016, Khalil joined Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Economy & Planning as a Consultant. He has recently been appointed a Board Member of the Saudi Canoe and Kayak Federation

Khalil Al-Nammari began his career in 2004 with Saudi Aramco with Saudi Aramco’s Treasury Department and later moved to join a team in setting up the Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Center (Wa’ed) in 2010. In 2013, he joined Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures (SAEV).

Ahmed Al-Baqawi, Vice President for Studies, supervises Project Studies and Market Studies Departments. The business line reviews and studies project requests from operational and marketing aspects, in addition to conducting economic research, data utilization, and knowledge and information management.

Al-Baqawi began his career in Saudi Aramco in 2001. He worked in many sectors such as information technology, communications, infrastructure, and project management for production and refining until 2019, the year when he joined SIDF as Director of Market Studies Department. He is currently participating in several committees concerned with industry, energy, and international partnerships.

Al-Baqawi’s role is to prepare studies for sectors and industrial projects for SIDF’s clients, recommend appropriate lending policies for each sector, and provide consultations to implement projects in different sectors.

Al-Baqawi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and another Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College London in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Mohammed bin Saad Al-Askar, Vice President for Legal since 2023.

Mr. Alaskar joined SIDF in 2021 as a Legal Expert, then he was assigned as the General Manager of the Legal Department. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.

Before that, Mr. Al-Askar worked as the Assistant Deputy for Documentation at the Ministry of Justice, the Assistant Deputy for Development and Performance, and as an Advisor to the Minister of Justice in the Supreme Judicial Council and in the Ministry of Justice.

Mr. Al-Askar began his professional career as a Judge for ten years. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Law from Imam Mohammed bin Saud University.

He also attended various management trainings at different schools including Harvard University and London Business School.

Mohammed kicked-off his full-time career as an Engineer at Saudi Aramco and gained an extensive experience in various areas including, utility planning, engineering consultation, project management and commissioning, operation, and maintenance of utility facilities. In 2012, he was promoted to Senior Planning and Strategy Analyst and contributed to strategic, investment and business planning activities; energy analysis and demand outlook; as well as investment and opportunity evaluation.

2018 marks the year of inspiration for Mohammed when he worked directly with the leadership of Saudi Arabia, as he joined the Strategic Management Office “SMO” as Strategy Oversight & Budget Allocation Manager. SMO is the executive arm of the Strategic Management Committee (SMC) under the Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA). Mohammed partook in the establishment of SMO and was responsible for reviewing and developing national strategies and ensuring strategic allocation of Vision 2030 budget; as well as providing advice to SMC chaired by HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.

In late 2019, Mohammed joined the Saudi Industrial Development Fund “SIDF” as Director of Business Development as he led the development of financial & non-financial offerings and the formation of strategic partnerships, all with the objective of increasing demand for SIDF’s offerings. During his tenure, he has successfully developed and launched several financial and non-financial products and programs, including the launch of the Supply Chain Financing Product and the establishment of SIDF Advisory Services.

In 2023, Mohammed assumed the office of the Director of Human Resources, where he led the functions of Rewards and Performance Management, Organization Design and Strategic Workforce Planning, and Training & Development.

Within less than a year, Mohammed was promoted to Vice President of Human Capital and now leads all Human Resources and Academy functions at SIDF.

Naif Al-Khairallah, VP/ Governance, Risk and Compliance, responsible for Corporate and Credit Risk Management. The scope of his responsibilities includes measuring, managing, and studying risks related to credit operations and following up on all risks associated with the entity's overall activity. He is also a member of the Administrative Credit Committee and Executive Committee and Secretary of the Risk Committee of SIDF Board of Directors.

Al-Khairallah joined SIDF in October 2019 as Director of Credit Risk Department and was appointed as a VP in 2020. During his work at SIDF, Al-Khairallah played a crucial role in establishing Risk Management Department and leading the development of policies, procedures, and operational framework for SIDF's risk departments.

Mr. Naif has nearly 21 years of experience, most of which was spent in banking. He worked at Bank Al Jazira as Regional Head of Credit Risks in the central region and as a Department Director at a Kingdom level for credit risk sectors. He is also a member of the Permanent Credit Committee at Saudi Export-Import Bank.

Al-Khairallah holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University.

Mr. Sulaiman Abdullah Al-Zeghaibi, Executive Committee Member and CEO Advisor, provides advice to the Fund regarding Human Resources and Institutional Services.

Al- Zeghaibi's journey in SIDF began nearly 36 years ago. He started as an Economic Field Researcher, then he was Head of the Economic Studies Unit, later on Director of the Research Department, Deputy Director of Project Studies Department, and finally as Vice President for Institutional Services.

Mr. Sulaiman had significant influence during his career in SIDF, where he contributed to developing the work culture as well as reviewing and developing human resources policies and practices. During his committee's presidency for SIDF's new building, he provided a great amount of advice referncing equipping and furnishing the premises.

Al-Zeghaibi holds a bachelor's degree in economics from King Saud University and a higher diploma in development and planning from the Netherlands.

Mr. Adel Abdulrahman Al-Suhaimi is an Executive Committee Member and the CEO Advisor for credit, studies, and operational matters and he has two memberships; one in the Administrative Credit Committee and the other in the Executive Committee.

Al-Suhaimi joined SIDF in 1986, specifically in the Credit Department, and held several positions, including Executive Vice President for Credit and Business from 2014 until 2021, during which SIDF achieved outstanding financial results. Al-Suhaimi played a significant role in the success of the SIDF transformation strategy.

Al-Suhaimi contributes to strengthening the role of the Administrative Credit Committee and the Executive Committee to make appropriate decisions and overcome some of the difficulties facing clients to ensure a good lending relationship with SIDF. Al-Suhaimi also participates in forums and meetings related to initiatives of the SIDF-supported sectors.

Al-Suhaimi obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1985, and a professional certificate in credit management from Chase Manhattan Bank, USA in 1987, and many courses and programs in management and leadership.

Abdulaziz Al-Zaid, Executive Committee Member and CEO Advisor, represents the CEO of SIDF in several committees within the industrial ecosystem. He also represents SIDF in relevant coordinating councils and manages SIDF memberships in international organizations and global development banks for best practices, comparative studies, financing support, and financing solutions.

Al-Zaid has more than 16 years of experience, which started in the field of project finance at the Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP). He was an integral part of a small team working to support project finance activities to develop the energy sector and oil and gas derivatives; including petrochemical industries in the Arab world. Besides providing advisory services, Al-Zaid has a track record in deal sourcing, analyzing the funding status, financial structuring, managing customer relations, and managing the loan portfolio related to the GCC region. In addition to his extensive experience in major projects with international banks, which support and prepare SIDF's current efforts in integration with international bodies. He also led the efforts of SIDF to join and chair the D20 and obtain membership in the World Economic Forum.

Al-Zaid holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from George Mason University in the United States, a Master's degree from the College of Business Administration majoring in Project Management from George Washington University in the United States, and finally received the Advanced Management Program for Executives, Columbia University Business School, New York City, USA.

Dr. Kholod Abdullah Ashgar has been the CEO Advisor since August 2023. Dr. Kholod was the Vice President for Human Capital at SIDF since 2022. She is also a member of SIDF's Executive Committee.

In April 2023, Dr. Kholod Ashgar was appointed a member of the Education & Training Evaluation Commission's Board of Directors for three years by a Council of Ministers' decision. Before joining SIDF in 2020, she served as a Deputy Governor, and then the Executive Director for the National Qualifications Framework at the Education & Training Evaluation Commission for five years from 2014 until 2019. She served as an Assistant Dean for student affairs at Effat University for eight years, 2007 - 2014.

Dr. Kholod has 22 years of experience in human capabilities development, higher education, and leadership development. Moreover, Dr. Kholod has very considerable experience in quality assurance, national regulations, and policies related to education and training. She was in several steering, supervisory and academic committees dealing with education and development.

She also had academic roles by participating in establishing academic and educational departments and was an associate professor of Education and Psychology in three national universities from 2000 until 2014.

She received her PHD in Educational Philosophy from Brunel University in the U.K., in 2004, a Master's Degree in Education from The American University in the U.S., in 1998, and a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Media from Marymount University in the U.S., in 1995.

Dr. Kholod believes there is a need to enrich the human capital in a way that contributes to the development of individuals, institutions, and society. She is aware of the importance of effective integration of energies to become responsible, productive, and dynamic citizens in their communities.

Dr. Kholod Abdullah Ashgar has been the CEO Advisor since August 2023. Dr. Kholod was the Vice President for Human Capital at SIDF since 2022. She is also a member of SIDF's Executive Committee.

In April 2023, Dr. Kholod Ashgar was appointed a member of the Education & Training Evaluation Commission's Board of Directors for three years by a Council of Ministers' decision. Before joining SIDF in 2020, she served as a Deputy Governor, and then the Executive Director for the National Qualifications Framework at the Education & Training Evaluation Commission for five years from 2014 until 2019. She served as an Assistant Dean for student affairs at Effat University for eight years, 2007 - 2014.

Dr. Kholod has 22 years of experience in human capabilities development, higher education, and leadership development. Moreover, Dr. Kholod has very considerable experience in quality assurance, national regulations, and policies related to education and training. She was in several steering, supervisory and academic committees dealing with education and development.

She also had academic roles by participating in establishing academic and educational departments and was an associate professor of Education and Psychology in three national universities from 2000 until 2014.

She received her PHD in Educational Philosophy from Brunel University in the U.K., in 2004, a Master's Degree in Education from The American University in the U.S., in 1998, and a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Media from Marymount University in the U.S., in 1995.

Dr. Kholod believes there is a need to enrich the human capital in a way that contributes to the development of individuals, institutions, and society. She is aware of the importance of effective integration of energies to become responsible, productive, and dynamic citizens in their communities.
