SIDF has introduced a new package of financial products and services through the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NDLP) as a breakthrough in its quest towards reaching Vision 2030’s objectives. NDLP contributes by adding SR 1.2 billion to GDP, generating jobs, improving the balance of payments, and strengthening the local content.

  1. Identify non-commercially viable industrial sectors in the local market, or that are not supported by SIDF.
  2. Employ a consulting firm during the project’s implementation phase.
  3. Contact the Clients Relation department to explore in-depth investment ideas and requirements before filing your financing application.
  4. Employ an accountant from an auditing firm to audit the projects\’ financial accounts throughout the term of SIDF loan is highly advisable.

SIDF’s Board of Directors has adopted standards that specify the rates of its financing for industrial projects in regions and cities with a promising prospect; to contribute to the development of the industrial sector, in all regions of Saudi Arabia.

Third Category Including Economically Promising​ Cities Such As Hail, Northern Boarders, Jouf, Tabouk, Jizan, Najran, Al-Baha And Assir. In Addition To Cities That Are Located No Less Than 150 Kilometers From The Centers Of Major Cities And No Less Than 70 Kilometers From The Nearest Industrial City Of The Second Category. 20 Years 75%
