The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) celebrated the graduation of the fifth cohort of “Nokhab” training program, SIDF’s flagship graduate development program. The ceremony was attended by His Highness the CEO of Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), Prince Sultan bin Khalid bin Faisal Al Saud, and marked the culmination of a comprehensive two-year training journey undertaken by the program’s graduates.

The fifth cohort of “Nokhab” program comprised 51 graduates distributed across three specialized tracks: “Nokhab Credit”, “Nokhab Engineers”, “Nokhab Market Studies”. Throughout the program, participants engaged in an integrated educational and practical training journey delivered by SIDF experts in project financing and development, in collaboration with leading international training and academic institutions – including Stanford University, Fitch Learning, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). This comprehensive experience was designed to build advanced professional capabilities that empower participants to contribute effectively to industrial development goals in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The “Nokhab” program reflects SIDF’s commitment to develop qualified national talents through a comprehensive training environment that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical experience. This approach enhances the readiness of graduates to directly enter the job market and contribute to support the national economy.

Since its launch in 2019, “Nokhab” program has graduated 250 trainees within the industrial ecosystem. The program represents a continuation of a journey that began 50 years ago with the launch of the “Credit Analyst Program” upon the establishment of SIDF, where its first cohort was sent to Chase Manhattan Bank to gain the knowledge and expertise that laid the foundations for SIDF’s enduring success.

Today, the program continues to uphold the same approach – empowering national talents to lead the future of Saudi industry.
