General Requirements for Submitting Financial Claims via Email
1. Write the type of claim in the email subject line (Partial financial claim / Final financial claim).
2. Combine all attachments into a single PDF.
3. Scan the attachments at high quality.
1. Partial Financial Claims
- Cover letter: A letter addressed to the Industrial Development Fund, including the date, type of claim, amount, and purchase order number/award decision. It should be printed on the company’s official letterhead, signed by an authorized person, with a contact number.
- Copy of the invoice.
- All of the following certificates and documents must be valid:
1. Copy of the purchase order/award decision letter.
2. Proof of active national address.
3. Commercial registration.
4. Bank account certificate certified by the bank.
5. Saudization certificate.
6. Social insurance certificate.
7. Zakat and tax certificate.
8. Wage protection certificate.
2. Final Financial Claims
In addition to the documents mentioned above:
- Final discharge letter for the last payment of the contract.
- You will be provided with the transaction number to follow up with the finance department or in case of any remarks.
