SIDF Announces the Opening of Registration for "Nokhab" Employment-Linked Training Program

The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) announced the opening of registration for "Nokhab" employment-linked training program, starting from Sunday, March 8th 2026 until Thursday, April 2nd 2026.
The program includes three main tracks: “Nokhab" Credit Program, “Nokhab" Market Studies Program, and “Nokhab" Engineering Program. It targets national talents graduates holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees, with the aim of preparing them for the job market and equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to understand the industrial sector and join SIDF.
The program is delivered in partnership with a select group of leading local and international educational and training institutions. Participants will receive a range of benefits, including monthly reward, medical insurance covering the trainee and his/her parents, housing and transportation allowances, an annual performance bonus, in addition to various other incentives. SIDF invites recent male and female graduates to apply through its official website.
“Nokhab” is considered one of SIDF’s strategic programs, reflecting its ongoing commitment to developing and empowering national talents. The program builds on more than five decades of experience in training and development, in partnership with leading universities and training institutions.
