Projects Studies Department (PSD)

The Projects Studies Department upholds this crucial responsibility by conducting studies on the technical aspects and dimensions of each project and examining all details affecting the operational and capital requirements and costs. Such critical role furthered the Technical Studies Department to develop as the technical advisory arm of SIDF.

Organizational Structure of Projects Studies Department

Projects Consultancy Divisions (PCD)

This division is responsible for the technical evaluation of the industrial projects and to ensure a high level of integration in every project. Evaluating costs, suitability and capacities of the production facilities. Conducting a full technical industrial study in a certain sector based on agreed parameters (terms of references). PCD Capitalizes on the human capabilities of each sector in several advanced industrial fields.

Construction Consultancy Division (CCD)

CCD upholds the responsibility of evaluating the costs of buildings and civil works in SIDF projects, conducting technical evaluations, building model industrial cities and logistic support projects and services set up within the industrial cities, estimating the capital cost of development projects financed by the Ministry of Finance. And Consultancy services for SIDF's internal construction projects.

Industrial Safety and Loss Prevention Division (IS&LPD)

IS&LPD division seeks to develop and promote health and safety standards in SIDF, in accordance with local and international health and safety standards and regulations by Conducting a comprehensive examination and evaluation of each project.
