The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) announced the activation of the “Digital Complaint” service , provided by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) through the Beneficiaries Engagement Center (AMER), as part of SIDF ongoing efforts to strengthen engagement with beneficiaries and expand their participation in the development of its digital services ecosystem.

SIDF highlighted that the launch of this service aims to enhance the beneficiary experience by providing a direct channel for receiving feedback, suggestions, and complaints, contributing to improving the efficiency of digital services, accelerating request handling, and reinforcing transparency.

This step reflects SIDF continued commitment to adopting best practices in digital transformation and leveraging beneficiary feedback as a key driver for service enhancement, in support of achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
